The BCP-ALL MRD kit is an 8-color antibody combination designed by the EuroFlow™ consortium for the accurate identification and discrimination of B-cell precursor (BCP) acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) cells from normal/reactive BCP in bone marrow samples from treated BCP-ALL patients.

The use of this antibody panel, together with the standardized EuroFlow™ protocols for cytometer calibration, compensation and sample staining and acquisition, improve the sensitivity of the assay to ≤10-5

This Next Generation Flow approach allows to analyze minimal residual disease in BCP-ALL samples with a comparable sensitivity to PCR procedures.
